Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for end users seeking IT support, both remotely and on-site
• Perform desktop and laptop repairs, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Install and configure software applications, ensuring optimal performance
• Administer Active Directory and assist with user management tasks
• Provide remote assistance using various platforms and troubleshoot O365 applications
• Maintain accurate Help Desk records and follow established support procedures
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
• Assist in the development of web-based applications, dashboards, and reports to improve data access and accuracy
